What information we collect and how we use it?
When you contact our law offices for an inquiry, you authorize us to collect your name, phone number and email. This is with the purpose of sending you via email the information you requested as well as having follow up communications with you as a client or potential client regarding your legal matters.
Follow up communications after the initial inquiry consist of emails, phone calls and texts.
Opting out of our communications.
Our follow up policy dictates that if after trying to contact you via email, phone call and text message, we have no response after several consecutive tries on all three mediums, we will disengage with you. If at any point you do not wish to receive any more communications from us you can let us know and we will immediately stop all communications.
If you decide to re-engage with us, the above policy will apply from the time you reconnect with us.
We will never share your personal information with third parties unless authorized by you.
The collection of your personal information is for the sole purpose of communicating directly with you as a client or potential client of our intellectual property law firm.
